What data and for what purpose

The contact form collects your full name and e-mail address and — if you provide them — your phone number, company name, project stage and the content of your message. I process this data solely to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer.

• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest, i.e. conducting correspondence.

How long

I keep the data for as long as the correspondence continues and then for the limitation period of any claims, or until you object.

Recipients of the data

Messages from the form are delivered by e-mail via an e-mail delivery provider and the website hosting provider. These entities process the data solely on my behalf.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase and restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Your language choice and preference settings (e.g. reduced motion) are stored only in your browser.
